The collection of buildings owned by our organization is unique, and includes:
Our goals are to preserve the architectural heritage of Wallingford by using the restoration of our buildings as an example to the community. We plan to teach history and create significant tourist interest through creative programming and the unique nature of our properties. The costs of our plans are substantial, but the yield is great. We are a community of modest means, with a per capita income of approximately $30,000 per year. Our projects require a level of funding not available from public funds in a town of our size. We seek your financial support so that Wallingford can be a successful example for other similar communities, showing by example how historic preservation can provide economic benefit, visibility, and most importantly, pride in one's town.
